Terms of Service

By using SEOCode, you agree to these terms. They are short and written in plain language.

1. What SEOCode is

SEOCode reviews your pull requests for SEO and AI discoverability issues and shows you what to fix. It is available as a GitHub App, a command-line tool, and an MCP server. SEOCode is operated by Qobi Solutions ("we", "us").

2. Accepting these terms

By installing, signing in to, or using SEOCode, you agree to these terms. If you use SEOCode on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

3. Your account

You sign in to SEOCode with your GitHub account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything done through it with SEOCode. Please tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

4. Acceptable use

You may use SEOCode on repositories you own or are allowed to manage. You agree not to:

  • Abuse, disrupt, or overload the service
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service
  • Get around plan limits or billing
  • Use SEOCode for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks GitHub's terms

5. Your code

Your code stays yours. You give us permission to read it only as needed to provide the service. We do not claim any ownership of your code or of the results of reviews.

6. Plans

  • Developer - free. The GitHub App on public repositories, and the command-line tool and MCP server on any code.
  • Studio - paid, per GitHub organization, monthly or yearly. Adds private repositories and team alerts.

7. Payment and renewal

Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record, and by subscribing you also agree to their terms. Prices may include taxes where required. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may pause or end your paid features.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and your organization then returns to the free plan. We do not refund partial periods, unless the law requires it.

9. Changes to the service and prices

We are always improving SEOCode, so features and plan limits may change over time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes. Price changes apply from your next billing period after notice.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using SEOCode at any time by cancelling your subscription and removing the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.

11. Third-party services

SEOCode works with services such as GitHub. Your use of those services is covered by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve SEOCode without any obligation to you.

13. No warranty

SEOCode is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or catch every issue. Its results are guidance, and you should check any suggested fix before applying it.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost traffic, or lost data, arising from your use of SEOCode. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Intellectual property

SEOCode, its name, logo, and associated assets belong to Qobi Solutions. You may not use them without our permission.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will show when they changed. If you keep using SEOCode after a change, you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
