Free tool

Scan your live site for SEO and AI discoverability issues.

Enter a URL. We check it against the full SEOCode ruleset, SEO and GEO, and email the report to your team. No signup.

We scan the page and email the full report to your work address - that's how we confirm you're affiliated with the site. Best for server-rendered and static sites. We never store your page.

The full SEO and GEO ruleset, on your live page.

The same checks SEOCode runs on real engineering teams' pull requests: SEO rules plus the new GEO category for AI discoverability. Every finding comes with the exact fix and why it matters.

01

Meta tags & titles

Missing or empty <title>, missing meta description, and title/description length problems that get truncated in search results.

02

Indexing directives

Accidental noindex tags left in from staging - the single most damaging SEO regression, and the easiest to ship by mistake.

03

Structured data

Invalid or broken JSON-LD that search engines silently ignore, and missing Organization / WebSite schema that powers rich results.

04

Headings & content

Missing <h1>, multiple competing H1s, broken heading hierarchy, and empty headings that confuse crawlers.

05

Social & sharing

Missing Open Graph and Twitter Card tags - so links to your pages render with a proper title, description, and preview image.

06

Canonical & performance

Missing canonical URLs, images without lazy-loading or alt text, and preload hints for your largest content element.

07

GEO - AI discoverability

Blocked AI crawlers in robots.txt, entity schema missing @id or sameAs, metadata set client-side only (useEffect), incomplete FAQPage schema, and unanchored statistics. The signals AI search engines use to decide what to cite.

A full report in your inbox, in seconds.

No signup, no dashboard. Enter a URL and a work email, and the itemised report lands in your inbox.

01

Enter your URL and work email

We email the report to an address on the same domain as the page - that's how we confirm you're affiliated with the site, and it keeps the tool from being used to spam anyone.

02

We fetch and analyse the live page

SEOCode fetches your page's HTML and runs the complete ruleset against it in memory. Your page is never stored, logged, or shared - it's discarded the moment the report is built.

03

Get the itemised report

Every issue, grouped by severity, with the exact fix for each. Critical, deploy-blocking problems lead; lower-severity suggestions follow. Then wire SEOCode into your pull requests so regressions never ship again.

Questions, answered.

Is it really free?
Yes. The live-site scan is completely free, with no signup and no credit card. It runs the full ruleset - nothing is gated. The paid Studio plan, priced per organization, is for teams that need private repositories reviewed in the GitHub App.
Does it work with Next.js, Astro, and other frameworks?
The live scanner reads your page's rendered HTML, so it works best on server-rendered and static sites - which includes most Next.js, Astro, Remix, Nuxt, and SvelteKit marketing sites. For pure client-rendered single-page apps, the fetched HTML is often an empty shell, so we'll tell you to point SEOCode at your source repository instead, where it understands your framework's metadata directly.
Do you store my page or my data?
No. Your page's HTML is analysed in memory and discarded immediately - it's never written to a database, a log, or any third-party service. We keep only your email address, to send the report and to avoid emailing you the same page twice in a day.
Why do you need my email?
The full, itemised report is delivered by email to an address on your site's own domain. That confirms you're affiliated with the page you're scanning, and it means the tool can't be used to send unsolicited reports to someone else's inbox.
How is this different from Lighthouse or a live-URL SEO checker?
Those check a page after it's already live. SEOCode's real value is catching regressions before they ship - it reviews every pull request, flags deploy-blocking SEO errors, and can block a merge until they're fixed. This free scan is the same engine, pointed at a live URL so you can see what it finds in seconds.
